The Sunnyside interim city manager will keep his job with the city after police arrested him on Monday.
Frank Sweet is suspected of stealing and destroying public records from his former job with the City of Selah.
Mike Farmer, Mayor of Sunnyside, said Sweet is an innocent man until proven guilty, and at this time he will keep his job.
