Fire Tears Through Selah Home
A Selah family of five is without a home after a fire tears through their house on Saturday.
Fire crews say they responded to a fire at a house on Bridge Vista Road around 4 o'clock.
Firefighters fought to keep the fire from spreading from the backyard to a nearby neighbor's propane tank, before putting out the fire at the house.
One family member says he had just got off work when he saw the flames from his car.
"The trees were on fire, and they were worried that the propane tank was gonna blow. And then I walked down and saw that my house was on fire. All of our stuff's kinda damaged and needs to be replaced," said Jacob Wangler.
Fire fighters are currently investigating the cause of the fire.
