Flags to Fly Half Staff Today For a Fallen Diver
Governor Gregoire has ordered flags to fly at half-staff today, in honor of a department of natural resources diver who was killed on the job.
David Scheinost died last month while diving in the waters near Bainbridge Island to sample for shellfish poisoning.
His funeral service is being held Sunday.
