UPDATE: Amber Alert Canceled, Infant from WA found safe in OR

Washington State Patrol says an Amber Alert has been canceled.
Troopers say 8-month-old Jayce Matthew Hashem from Longview, WA was allegedly kidnapped by his non-custodial father around 9 a.m. this morning.
The infant and his father were located in Oregon this afternoon.
The boy's father, 23-year-old Ismail Hashem, has been arrested.
They were found traveling in a black Nissan Altima.
