Game 3- Americans Fall 3 to 1, On the Brink
The Tri City Americans are in a world of hurt, after losing their 3rd straight game in the WHL Western Conference Finals.
The Ams scored first last night less that 2 minutes into the game, and were stonewalled for the rest of the matchup. Portland got the equalizer in the 2nd Period, the lead midway throught the 3rd, and an Empty Netter to ice matters late.
The Americans, now down 0 and 3 in the 7 game series must win the final 4 games to advance. Game 4 is tonight in Portland.
