Crews are still trying to keep water away from homes in the Nile Valley.
Water remains over the roadway because Rock Creek is overflowing.
Homeowners and volunteers in the community have helped put out sandbags to prevent water damage inside threatened homes.
Emergency management says the water level remains about the same as yesterday.
