Craigen to stay in jail without bail

A man accused of killing his neighbor near Milton Freewater last year will continue to be held without bail.
Yesterday, during a bail hearing, a judge decided to keep George West Craigen in the Umatailla County Jail without the option to bail out.
Craigen is accused of killing 58 year-old Rob Carter at Carter's plumbing shop.
He faces a total of 12 charges.
