Pasco man accused of murder will receive mental evaluation

A Pasco man accused of killing his roommate last month will go to Eastern State Hospital for a mental evaluation.
27 year-old Joseph Hart is charged with second degree murder in the stabbing death of 53 year-old Rodger Lincoln.
Hart and Lincoln lived in a mobile home together at the Sundance Home Park.
Witnesses say Hart stabbed Lincoln multiple times on the front lawn outside their mobile home.
Hart has pleaded not guilty.
