Coliform bacteria found in Pendleton's water

City workers in Pendleton say the city's drinking water is safe, after finding bacteria in the water last month.
During a routine check in March, crews found coliform bacteria in the water.
That type of bacteria can be found on your skin and clothes and is not a health risk, according to city employees.
Since finding the bacteria, crews have tested the water multiple times and the results have come back clean.
They are now trying to determine what caused the bacteria.
