Bail Is $1 Million for Fifth Suspect in Sunnyside Man's Death

Bail is $1 million for the fifth suspect arrested in the death of a Sunnyside man more than two weeks ago.
27 year old Marcus Torres appeared in court today. He was arrested yesterday at a home near Sunnyside. Torres has been on the run since police say he point a gun at an officer earlier this week.
Torres is facing a first degree murder charge in the death of 40 year old Jose Manuel Correa. He'll be arraigned early next month.
