Accident Snarls Blue Bridge Traffic
Traffic was slow going this morning on Highway 395 near the base of the Blue Bridge in Kennewick.
It all started when a semi rolled onto its side around 7 a.m.
The Washington State Patrol says speed may have played a factor.
There were no injuries reported.
