Murder Charges Filed in Death of 2 Year Old Boy
Second degree murder charges are filed against a Sunnyside man accused of killing his girlfriend's two-year-old son.
Police say 18-year-old Juan Lopez tooke the boy to a Toppenish hospital last week, but he had already died, an autopsy showed multiple blows to his body.
Lopez was babysitting two year old Benjamin Miron when this happened.
He will be arraigned on September tenth.
